Good morning happy 2022!
Probably try not to do #2 but I'm down with the rest of these haha.
It was a rocking New Years Eve here! I sewed up a bunch of fabric coasters (one more print to finish them up!) and Scott was snoring in the recliner well before midnight.
I took the dogs out at like 10:30 before I went to bed and I am pretty sure I had a coyote come sit right at the edge of my yard. Pulled those dogs right back in the house real quick. I was wide awake til 11:45 and then kept doing long blinks until midnight haha. Woohoo I could go to bed now.
One of my earliest memories of anything NYE is being at my friend Jennifer's house. Her parents went to a party or something so it was just the two of us out in the country watching Dick Clark and then banging pans outside at midnight. Ahh the good old days. Last night there were firecrackers and probably gun shots for quite awhile. We have a HUGE house down the road from us that a large family lives in that really likes to party things up with firecrackers and the like. Not to mention all my redneck neighbors.
My neighbor friends were posting pictures from the club party last night. Hopefully no one had Covid and gives it to everyone.
Plans for today: Take a shower
