Quick post because I haven't posted in forever!
Things going on in my life:
Still working on the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge (did day 73 tonight). If I stay on track I'll be done before the month is over (90 days total including rest days)
Also still doing the Jamie Eason Live Fit Program (day 26 done today) There are 83 days counting rest days in this program.
Weight lost=0
Sigh.
I've been trying really hard to stay in my calorie range the last 2 weeks. Kind of fell off a bit over last weekend but I've been pretty good this week.
As soon as I get done with the BBM challenge I'm going to do more running again.
I'm signed up for a 5k on the 25th and then a 10k trail run 2 weeks later.
I signed up for a "series" of trail runs from June-September so that will keep me busy. They are all 10k's.

Jessica is almost done with her 2nd year of college. She will be coming home on the 12th and then leaving on the 20th to MOVE to North Carolina. Thank God for the internet and cell phones. I've almost made it through the dark days of depression since she decided to do that.

Scott's 84 year old mother was admitted into the hospital for 2 nights. Then she checked herself out even though they didn't want her to. She's got a bunch of stuff going on but she's 84 and most likely not going to do anything they tell her to so, yeah.
--------
Work is busy but not so busy I can't leave on time every day.
--------
I went into Target today to buy a few things and spent $100. The most exciting thing I bought was eye liner. Being a grown up sucks sometimes.
------
I just spent about an hour trying to do some FASFA thing. Apparently we had to "verify" that we really did all that stuff we put on there, which is all connected to our taxes so you'd think that would be pretty easy for them to check out but no I had to figure out how to navigate this archaic system. PS don't hit the back button.
-------
I watched the first 3 seasons of Downton Abbey in a couple days. Now I'm working on Orange is the new black. OMG. Crazy. (just figured out how to watch movies on my Kindle lol)
-------
We went for a big bike ride last weekend and my rear end still hasn't recovered. Scott was saying something about a bike ride this weekend. Maybe I can stuff a pillow in my pants?
--------
I guess I should go to bed since I have to get up soon.
I hope your MIL stays well.
ReplyDeleteDo you have a Gel seat on your bike? Apparently they are good.
The story of your MIL is funny to me. At 84 I guess you can do whatever the hell you want to do.
ReplyDeleteTarget - not hard to quickly spend $100 and not very exciting things. :-)
When Jess gets to North Carolina is it for school? or a permenant move?
I'm sorry if it's permenant but hey you have a new place to vacation. :-)
