3rd and 4th Christmas Parties Of The Weekend

So I have no pictures of Sunday. What a bad blogger! (well I do have ONE but that's not blog appropriate ;)) I went to my friend's house after my run for a "work party". I was the only one there that didn't work in her office haha. Shhhh don't tell anyone. I took Melissa with me. Scott went in to work (on a SUNDAY because his boss won't pay him the vacation time he owes him and he had to go to dentist on Friday) and Trevor had spent the night at my brothers.

You know how quiet my house is when it's just me and the animals awake for most of the day??

Anyhow, so I went out and ran 4 plus miles and then got dressed and went to a party. The party was nice and I was really wishing I could have had my original plan of having Scott drop me off and pick me up so I wouldn't have to drive. That of course didn't work out (see above) so I only stayed for a bit.

I had to go pick up Trevor at my brother's house and my other brother was having a family movie night. On the agenda? Polar Express. Which, previously I did not like because, HELLO creepy computer animation. But after we sat down to watch it I realized I had actually never watched the movie from beginning to end and it wasn't THAT bad. Still not my favorite (Christmas Story anyone?) but it was ok. I still can't believe I didn't fall asleep. I had some booze in my system and managed to sit on a couch and not pass out, AMAZING. I can't remember the last time I made it through a whole tv program let alone a movie without having to be nudged awake because I was SNORING.

Movies I've fallen asleep to:

Men in Black whatever number the last one was (in the theater)
the last Pirates of the Caribbean movie (in the theater)

Bridesmaids at my friends house. We both woke up and went well that was fun!

Some movie Trevor put in that he wanted me to watch with him.

The one before the last Bourne movie that I wanted to see SOOO BADD (in the theater)

Obviously there was a reason why I liked the $3 movie theater while it lasted haha.

I generally do not even attempt to watch a movie at home on the couch. Have you snored through a movie recently? What's your favorite Christmas movie?
