Here's another recipe I made some time last week. I thought I had blogged about it but I can't find it anywhere.

Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes


Of course, mine never looks as pretty as the original but this is real life here ;) It was delicious! One great thing about making all these recipes is I get to have some great lunches at work. I try to make a little extra so that there is enough to pack the next day.

I'm working on making my menu for next week. Have you tried any new recipes lately?

    I tried that one and wasn't too impressed. I think I didn't like the consistency of the meat or something. One of my favorite recipes to date on Pinterest is the creamy italian chicken recipe - I put it on top of rice. I actually have leftovers to eat at work today! (o:
