Things That Hit Me

I was sooo exhausted on the way home from work today. I woke up at 5:00 am this morning to my husband trying to find his keys. I got up to help and after half an hour I finally found them in my son's bag of halloween candy that I had scooped up off the table. Obviously with the keys too. Ooops.

So I was up rather early today. I could barely keep my eyes open on the way home. There might have been some smacking. Of myself by myself. So of course, the first thing I did when I got home was lay on the couch (yeah for no football today!) and try to nap.

Until the dog woke me up by whacking me in the face with his toy.

And then I got hit in the knuckle with a Bakugan toy

I picked it up and chucked it across the room with a "What the hell!" (great mom I know)

I heard a little "oh sorry"

AND THEN I think I slept a little bit before my son set up the UNO game next to me and kept poking me saying "let's play UNO" over and over.

Which was cute once I woke up enough to hold my head up. We played 3 games and then I got up and made dinner. Those 12 winks really got me rested!!
