I'm a little confused right now...

I saw this on Cute Overload the other day and I'm SOOO CONFUSED!!
First of all, how long was this person sitting on the pot?
What the hell happened to their knee??
AND is it a GUY?
or a GIRL?

The legs say GUY
The toes say GIRL

    Before cheating and finding out... I am sure it's a guy! 100% sure it's a guy. Now off to see if I'm right!
