"DEVIL ED EGGS"

Can someone please explain to me why EVERY time I want to make deviled eggs to take somewhere they

WON'T F*KING PEEL???

If I'm going to make them to keep at home when no one is coming over??

PERFECT!

Going to smash them up for egg salad??

PERFECT!

In case you haven't guessed I just make egg salad out of the 18 count of eggs I bought to make DEVILED EGGS for tomorrow. Guess we won't be taking THOSE to the in laws!

    the trick to peeling eggs is have older eggs not lovely new fresh ones!

    Yep, just as Chris said...the older the egg, the easier it is to peel
