fat roll

I'm sitting here with my big gut pushing up against my shorts and spilling out over the top. Obviously I'm not wearing my stretchy waist band shorts lol. I'm thinking maybe I should just ban the stretch waist band shorts. Obviously I'd quit eating if I was in pain all the time right?
