ugh

If my neighbor's dog doesn't stop barking soon I'm going to go kidnap it and let it live in my house. At least that way it won't be lonely and bark all day!

    Yappy dogs drive me nuts!! Our sweet Annie doesn't bark ever. It's kind of weird. She will whine or howl though. Occasionally.

    Hope you find a good solution soon. Poor little dog. Sounds unhappy or very high strung.
