At the Crop

A friend of mine invited me to come over to scrapbook at her house last night. At first I wasn't going to go but the more I thought about it I decided it sounded like a good chance to get some scrapbooking done. Jessica wanted to come with me so I let her come for the first time. She did pretty good and didn't complain she was bored or anything.

I was going to take pictures of all the scrapbooking I got done last night but I only got two pictures taken when the batteries died. This is the left and right side of my mom's birthday, which starts out my 2008 album this year.

After I did these pages I went on to work on some portrait pages I've been doing a step at a time. You know, all those pictures you put on the wall of your kids and then after you take them down, what do you do with them???

I think this is the most unexciting Memorial Day weekend ever. Our weather is so crappy. Yesterday it was actually raining off and on. No one has invited us over to bbq anywhere. Scott's out working on his car and the kids are all trying to kill eachother. And it's not even 11.

  1. This is a boring MMD weekend. I think those of us in Cali don't know what to do when it rains in May. It throws everything off. Go have a drink, that makes everything more fun.

  5. Wish you lived closer. My scrapbooking buddy moved (actually so did I) and I haven't touched the stuff since. Love the idea of scrapbooking the BIG pictures. I never thought of that. Keep the ideas coming... and not to brag but our weather this weekend has been spectacular.

  6. UGH, tell me about it! It's rainy, cold, and I have a slight cold. I didn't let that stop me from grilling though!
